A session of Zumba, a cardio-dance routine, can feel like a trip to the nightclub of a cruise ship, where a well-toned crew member teaches you to wiggle your hips and do the fast footwork for a mix of dance styles to the thump of loud music. While Zumba crowds are not plied with alcohol, people often throw away inhibitions — they pump their arms, applaud, let out “yeahs” — as they work out.

Susan is has been AFAA Certified in Group Fitness, Pilates, and Schwinn Spin for 8 years. She recently acquired a certificate in R.I.P.P.E.D. We share Susan with two other fitness facilities. We enjoy her enthusiasm and constant energy. She is passionate about living a Fitness Lifestyle that has included attending Group fitness classes and Weight Lifting and training with some of CA Bay Area's natural body builders. She is always excited to share her knowledge and skills with our Fitness Attic family.
